This annual 10 km running race, sponsored by Totem Ski Shop, takes participants around trails #4 & #7 and ends at Lake Annette picnic shelter in the beautiful setting of the Rocky Mountains.
Totem’s annual Spring Run Off is a popular running event in Jasper, with a storied history and a who’s-who of Jasper athletes decorating the winners’ plaque.
But despite the long list of champions, the Spring Run Off is all about getting out and having fun. It’s also about supporting the community, as the proceeds are donated to local charities.
The Spring Run Off takes place every Mother’s Day. The 10 km loop starts and ends at Lake Annette, taking runners around nearby Lake Edith and through forested trails surrounding the lakes. The route is gently graded and alternates between road and trail running.
The event’s success is due to the enthusiastic volunteers and dedicated staff from Totem Ski Shop and Jasper Source for Sports.
